One and a half day retreat
Blaze the Trail of Equipoise and Enter the Heart, the Divine Splendor
Saturday, Dec 29 and Sunday, Dec 30

Saturday, December 29 and Sunday, December 30
Retreat begins: Saturday at 8:30 am and ends Sunday at 1 pm

In the dynamic environment of this retreat, you immerse yourself in meditation, chanting, study, and reflection for a full day and a half. The Practices Retreat is designed to assist you in actively engaging with the Siddha Yoga focus of study for 2007: “To study, practice, assimilate and implement the teachings in Gurumayi's new book, Sadhana of the Heart.”

At the core of the retreat are three innovative and highly interactive learning sessions focusing on teachings from Gurumayi's 1995 Message talk, Blaze the Trail of Equipoise and Enter the Heart, the Divine Splendor. As a retreat participant, you explore the nature of sadhana and its ultimate goal. You also explore equipoise and discover its significance for the spiritual path.

Led by a Siddha Yoga Practices Retreat Teacher, this retreat is an excellent opportunity for Siddha Yoga students to make tangible progress in sadhana and deepen your connection to the wisdom of the Heart.

This retreat is designed for Siddha Yoga students 18 and older; please check the Siddha Yoga Website for young people's retreats. If you are under 18 and would like to participate in this retreat, please contact Registration at 510-898-2703 or registration@oaklandsyda.org.
