During 2007, the way we can participate in the Silver Jubilee is by studying, practicing, assimilating, and implementing Gurumayi's teachings in Sadhana of the Heart — the collection of Siddha Yoga Message talks from 1995-1999.

We're delighted to let you know about Gurumayi's new book, SADHANA OF THE HEART - Vol I : A Collection of talks on spiritual life by Gurumayi Chidvilasananda is now available at the Bookstore.
Each of the five talks in Sadhana of the Heart - vol I, was originally presented to Siddha Yoga students as a message for the new year, and each one endures as a focus of contemplation and a source of revelation.
