Family & Children

The Siddha Yoga Ashram in Oakland is a center of activities for a vibrant community of families. A wide variety of events and opportunities specifically designed for families and children (from birth up to 12 years) support them in going deeper in their spiritual practices in the safe and friendly environment of Shambho Hall. "Shambho" means "the abode of bliss," and Shambho Hall is indeed a space for families and children to come together to celebrate and express the experience of bliss.
