Registration

Please register early.  Registration will NOT be open on the morning of Intensives, Siddha Yoga Retreats, Blue Pearl Retreat, and Meditation for An Awakened Life. You can register for all paid events and accommodations at the ashram in person, by fax, by mail, or by phone.

Registering by Fax or Mail
Use our on-line registration form, you can register online or fill in the form online, print the form and fax or mail to us. Please submit one registration form for each person to:

Note: We must receive your reservation no later than 2 days prior to the event for which you wish to register.

We make an effort to provide ASL or non-English translation to event participants who request it. Please inquire at Registration as soon as possible, or at least two weeks before the event.

Registering by Phone
Call Registration at 1-510-898-2703. If you get the recorded message, leave your telephone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Request for accommodations will be responded to within 2 business days.

Registering in Person
Note: Registration will NOT be open on the morning of the Intensive, Siddha Yoga Retreats, Blue Pearl Retreat, and Meditation for An Awaken Life.

Payment Information
Please include full payment for accommodations, courses, and events with your reservation. Early registration reserves your place in an event and also supports the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Oakland in meal planning and other event support. Full payment before your arrival speeds check-in.

Credit card payments are charged to the account upon receipt of registration. Payment must accompany the registration form. Reservations by money order, personal check, or cashier's check must be mailed or presented in person. Please make checks payable to SYDA Foundation.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Course, event, or Intensive cancellations must be received before the start of the event or your payment will be forfeited. A $50 fee will be charged if an Intensive registration is canceled at any time.  

Refunds: Please note that refunds can take up to six weeks to process.

Special note to U.S. taxpayers: The registration fee for the Intensive may be deductible as a charitable contribution for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Please retain your Intensive receipts for your records and check with your tax advisor.
