Registration

Please register early. Your early registration greatly supports our ability to best prepare for the event. If you have a special situation regarding when the register, please call 510-898-2703 before the morning of the event.

There are several ways you can register for paid events and accommodations at the ashram:

• Online
• In Person using express envelopes at Registration Counter
• By Phone
• By Mail

Accommodation requests must be made at least 2 working days before arrival – the open hours for the registration office is outlined below. There is no drop-in registration for accommodations.

Registering by Phone
Call registration at 1-510-898-2703. Listen to the recorded message or bypass it by pressing *.  Leave your phone number, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Registering by Mail
Use our on-line registration form, fill in the form online, print the completed form and mail to us. Please submit one registration form for each person to:

Registering in Person
Use the Express Event Registration Envelopes (available on the registration counter) in the lobby anytime you are in the ashram.

Fill out the front of the envelope indicating:

• Check # or
• Cash amount or
• VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER credit card/debit card number and expiration date, signature.
• An email address for confirmation of registration.

If paying by check or cash, place the check or money in the envelope. Place the completed envelope through the secure registration counter drop box.  Registration will email you a confirmation/receipt.

Registration Counter Hours

The Registration Office is open:

• Tuesday: afternoon only
• Wednesday - Saturday: morning & afternoon
• Sunday: morning only
